Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Standard shipping across the U.S. takes 5–9 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package ships.
At the moment, Tinny Shoppy only ships within the United States. We’re working to expand international shipping options soon.
You can easily track your order using our Order Tracking page. Simply enter your order number and email to get real-time updates.

Orders

You may request an order change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After production begins, we can’t guarantee modifications. Please email us immediately at support@tinnyshoppy.com.
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, contact our support team to confirm your order.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Learn more on our Return Policy page.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
