Where We Ship

Right now, we ship across all 50 U.S. states (yes, even you, Alaska and Hawaii!). We’re not shipping internationally just yet — but we’re working on it, so stay tuned.

Note: We currently don’t ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or U.S. territories.

Processing Your Order

As soon as you place your order and your payment goes through, we get to work!

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) usually head into processing that same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends or holidays, are processed the next business day.
  • During busy shopping seasons (like Black Friday), processing may take up to 1–2 extra days.

We’ll always keep you posted via email if anything delays your order.

Delivery Timeline

Once your order ships, it usually takes 2–4 business days to arrive.

Keep in mind, delivery might be affected by:

  • Your location (city vs. remote)
  • Weather delays
  • Carrier issues
  • National holidays

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We keep it simple: flat $6.99 for all domestic orders — no matter where you are or how big your package is.

Watch out for free shipping promos! We announce them on our website and in our email newsletters.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its journey:

  • See when it leaves our warehouse
  • Get delivery estimates
  • Watch for real-time updates

If tracking hasn’t updated after 72 hours, let us know — we’ll dig into it.

Shipping Issues? We’ve Got Your Back

We’re here for you if:

  • Tracking is stuck for more than 5 days
  • Your order says “delivered” but it’s missing
  • Your items arrive damaged
  • Your package hasn’t shown up after 7 business days
